Things have been relatively slow the last two days. After Decathlon, I went back to my hotel room until dinner time.
That evening I went out for pinchos and ate by myself. As I was leaving, there appeared Dirk, the German guy I had met at the place with the pool. With him was Sally and Alec, the New Zealand couple I had fed all the way back at my second night at Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port. I got pulled back into the pinchos place and some more drinks with them and a few others and we ended up drinking vermouth in another bar.
In the second bar, at exactly 10pm all tge Spainish started singing some patriotic song for five minutes. It was pretty entertaining.
